These directions are for adding
your new Grappa Wireless email
address (e.g.
wow@grappawireless.com) to
Microsoft Outlook Express 6.
If you have your own
domain name (something other than
grappawireless.com after the @
sign), then you will need to click
here for directions.
1.
Open Outlook Express. If this is the first time that you have ever used Outlook Express, then cancel out of all of the windows that pop up.
2. Click on the Tools menu and
select Accounts
3. Click on the Mail tab
4. Click the Add button and select Mail...
5. Enter your name as you would
like it to appear to your email
recipients (for example, John Doe), then click on the Next button.
6. Enter your Grappa Wireless
email address (for example,
wow@grappawireless.com) and click the Next button
7. Your incoming mail server is
mail.grappawireless.com
8. Your outgoing mail server is
smtp.grappawireless.com. Click the Next button.
9. Your Account name is your email
address (for example, wow@grappawireless.com)
10. Enter your password that was
given to you by Grappa Wireless'
world-class service people.
11. Click on the Next button, click on the Finish button, then click on the Close button (whew!)
