These directions are for adding
your new Grappa Wireless email
address (e.g.
wow@grappawireless.com) to
Microsoft Outlook 2000, XP, and
2003.
If you have your own
domain name (something other than
grappawireless.com after the @
sign), then you will need to click
here for directions.
1.
Open Outlook
2. Click on the Tools menu and
select E-mail Accounts
3. Select "Add a new e-mail
account", then click on the Next
button
4. Choose POP3, then click on the
Next button
5. Enter your name as you would
like it to appear to your email
recipients (for example, John Doe)
6. Enter your Grappa Wireless
email address (for example,
wow@grappawireless.com)
7. Your incoming mail server is
mail.grappawireless.com
8. Your outgoing mail server is
smtp.grappawireless.com
9. Your user name is your email
address ( for example
,wow@grappawireless.com)
10. Enter your password that was
given to you by Grappa Wireless'
world-class service people.
11. Click on the Next button, then
click Finish
